A testament to Jayco commercial construction is the work we have completed. Tackling complex projects within existing structures and up fitting them to meet the Owner’s vision and comply with local and municipal building regulations. 

Buildings such as Canton’s Haywood mortgage building. A building close to 100 years old, converted into a modern office building, including up-grading the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Others projects included Canton’s State Farm Building, Warren’s Chiropractic Clinic, and Haywood Christian Ministries drop of and distribution location to name a few. 

Jayco works with their commercial clients to be as low impact as possible during the construction phase.  Projects may entail the removal of old and addition of new partitions within an existing office during or even after business hours.  In some cases possibly addressing the work on a weekend to not disrupt the necessity of keeping an office open, such as a medical office or clinic. We take pride in providing well maintained construction zones and the flexibility to work with your working and building schedule.
