Here are just a few ways Jayco can assist the client in the home building process.

Site selection:

Review potential building sites prior to purchase to assure the feasibility of the project with the site.

Home building in the mountains is a niche that only experience can address properly.  From exposure on the mountain side (Northern vs. Southern exposure); and the effects exposure has on your lighting, window choices, and exterior finish selections. These conditions may be addressed early in the project formation allowing for better insight into the cost and time implication they may have on the project. In addition, the complexity of grading, foundation construction, water proofing, wind load modification, and water intrusion due to altitude and weather exposure can be reviewed and addressed as required. Knowledge of local building codes can assist in the proper placement of a home on a site, be it due to sanitary septic set backs, well and utility easements, or residential easements. Also one may encounter community architectural compliance and review standards which need to be clarified before prior to ground breaking.

Cost estimates:

Allowing our customers to anticipate what expenses will be incurred, thus allowing them to adjust the project as needed and assist in securing financing from their lending institution.
